Use & eligibility
Are NextGen compounds approved for human use?+
No. Every product on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. We make no medical claims and the material is not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational use.
Who is allowed to purchase?+
Buyers represent that they are 21+ and purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research operation, that they understand the regulatory framework that applies to their jurisdiction, and that they will handle, store, and dispose of all material accordingly.
Will I be asked to verify my identity?+
A lightweight age affirmation appears at checkout. For institutional accounts we additionally verify the affiliation and ship-to address before fulfillment.
Quality & methodology
How do you verify identity and purity?+
Every lot is solid-phase synthesized, HPLC purified to ≥99% on the principal peak, and confirmed by mass-spectrometry to four decimal places of molecular mass. The trace and CoA are archived per lot.
What does the CoA include?+
Compound name, sequence, lot number, synthesis and release dates, mass-spec confirmation, HPLC purity result, endotoxin result, appearance, recommended solvent, and the analyst's signature.
Is the material endotoxin tested?+
Yes — every lot is screened by LAL, with a release ceiling of <0.25 EU/mg. Lots that don't pass are rejected and re-synthesized.
How is material stored before shipment?+
Lyophilized, vacuum-sealed under inert atmosphere, and held at −20°C in a temperature-monitored freezer with continuous logging.
Shipping & handling
How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping is 5–7 business days within the United States. Lab accounts can opt into 2-day cold-chain at cost.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet during this rollout. International shipping for accredited research institutions will open in a later phase.
How is cold-chain integrity maintained?+
Vials ship vacuum-sealed inside a temperature-monitored container with phase-change cold packs. A thermal log is included in the shipment and is also retrievable from your order page.
What if a shipment arrives compromised?+
Photograph the seal and packaging on receipt and email support within 48 hours. We re-ship at no charge if the cold-chain log shows an excursion.
Orders & accounts
Do I need an account to order?+
Not for this rollout. NextGen ships as guest checkout — order ID + email is the lookup pair you'll need to track or reference an order later.
Can I get a quote for a standing order?+
Yes. Lab accounts unlock standing-order pricing, lot-locked supply, and a dedicated point of contact. Submit the lab account form on /contact.
What's the return policy?+
Sealed, unopened vials are returnable within 30 days. Opened vials are exempt for chain-of-custody reasons. Defective lots are always replaced.
Sourcing & research
Can you synthesize a custom peptide?+
We do bespoke synthesis for accredited labs — sequences up to ~50 residues, scales from 5 mg to multi-gram. Submit your sequence and we'll quote.
Are reference standards available?+
Yes — for compounds in the catalog we offer mass-locked reference standards with extended documentation suitable for analytical method development.
Do you publish methods?+
Internal methods stay internal, but we publish a release-criteria summary and the analytical method overview alongside each CoA so reviewers can reproduce the QC.
