Every compound supplied through this site is for laboratory and research use only. The materials are not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purposes, are not for human or veterinary administration, and are not food, dietary, or cosmetic products.

By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are sourcing on behalf of a legitimate research operation, that you understand the regulatory framework that applies to your jurisdiction, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all material in accordance with that framework.

Listing a compound on this site is not an offer to sell. Your order is an offer that NextGen accepts when the goods ship. We may decline or cancel any order, including for failed eligibility verification, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory.

Pricing is in US dollars and is the price displayed at the time of order, except in the case of an obvious pricing error. Promotional pricing is non-stackable unless explicitly noted.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. NextGen uses temperature-monitored cold-chain logistics; if a thermal log indicates an excursion outside specification, contact support within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement at no charge.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is offered only to verified institutional accounts.

All sales of research-use-only materials are final because lot integrity cannot be verified once a shipment has left our facility. We do not accept returns for buyer remorse, ordering errors, or unused inventory.

NextGen warrants that each lot meets the specifications listed on its CoA at the time of release. Beyond this, the materials are provided on an “as is” basis without any other express or implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen’s aggregate liability arising from any order is capped at the price paid for the order. NextGen is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify NextGen against losses arising from your handling, storage, or use of the materials in violation of these terms or applicable law.

The site, brand, and all written, photographic, and analytical content on it are the property of NextGen Bioactive Nutrients and are licensed for personal review only. You may not reproduce or repurpose CoAs, methodology summaries, or other proprietary content without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
