Information you provide directly: your name, organization, email, shipping address, and order history. For lab accounts, we additionally collect institutional verification details (affiliation, ship-to facility, primary contact).

Information collected automatically: order, payment, and shipment status; basic server-side logs (IP, request path, user-agent) for the purpose of fraud prevention and uptime monitoring.

• We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral analytics.
• We do not sell, lease, or share your personal information with marketers.
• We do not maintain shadow profiles of unauthenticated visitors.

Order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and tax/regulatory compliance. We may also send you transactional emails about your order, your account, or material safety updates that affect a lot you have purchased.

We do not send marketing email by default. Promotional communication is strictly opt-in and includes one-click unsubscribe.

Service providers strictly necessary to operate the store: payment processor, shipping carriers, email provider, and lab accounting software. Each is bound by data-processing terms and accesses only the minimum needed for the task.

Authorities, in response to a valid legal request. We notify affected users when permitted by law.

Order records are retained for the period required by US tax and regulatory rules (currently seven years). Logs are retained for 30 days unless flagged for fraud investigation. Marketing-list addresses are removed within 24 hours of unsubscribe.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@nextgen.lab. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (such as the GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply in full and our response addresses the specifics of your request.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies to keep you signed-in (when accounts launch), remember your cart, and run essential site security. We do not set third-party advertising cookies.

This site is not directed to children. By using it you confirm you are at least 21 years of age. If we become aware of personal information collected from a minor we delete it without delay.
