Where we ship
Currently the contiguous United States and Alaska. We do not yet ship to Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations during this rollout. International shipping is offered to verified institutional accounts on a case-by-case basis.
Section 02
Carriers and transit time
Standard shipping is 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS, with full tracking. Lab accounts can opt into 2-day cold-chain at cost.
Orders placed before 1pm Mountain on a business day usually leave the lab the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends/holidays, leave on the next business day.
Section 03
Rates
A flat $10 ships any number of vials within the United States. Lab accounts and bulk orders are billed at carrier-rated cost with consolidated invoicing.
Section 04
Cold-chain handling
Lyophilized peptides ship in vacuum-sealed vials packed inside a temperature-monitored container with phase-change cold packs. Each shipment includes a thermal log retrievable from your order page.
If the log indicates an excursion outside the lot’s storage specification, contact support within 48 hours of delivery. We re-ship from a fresh lot at no charge.
Section 05
On receipt
Inspect the seal and packaging before signing. Photograph any compromise (broken seal, crushed container, melted cold packs). Move the vials to −20°C storage as soon as possible.
Confirm that the lot number and CoA enclosed match what is on your order page. Discrepancies should be raised before opening the vial.
Section 06
Lost, missing, or delayed shipments
If tracking has not updated for more than 4 business days, email support and we’ll initiate a carrier trace. Lost shipments are replaced from a fresh lot once the trace concludes — typically 7–10 business days.
Section 07
Returns
All sales are final — research-use materials cannot be returned for buyer remorse. Damaged parcels, wrong items, cold-chain excursions on arrival, and defective lots are covered. See the full Return Policy at /legal/returns.
