BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide modulating the VEGFR2-Akt-eNOS axis; TB-500 reproduces the actin-binding active region of Thymosin beta-4 and sequesters monomeric G-actin. Preclinical and in-vitro literature associates both peptides with endothelial migration, angiogenesis, and fibroblast dynamics in cultured connective-tissue models.
