GLOW is a blend of three peptides: the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu, the pentadecapeptide BPC-157, and TB-500, a fragment of thymosin beta-4. Research literature attributes to GHK-Cu modulation of collagen- and matrix-gene expression in fibroblast culture, to BPC-157 pro-angiogenic VEGFR2 signaling, and to TB-500 G-actin sequestration governing cytoskeletal assembly and cell migration in vitro.
