GLP-TZ

GLP-TZ corresponds to tirzepatide, a synthetic 39-amino-acid peptide built on a GIP-based backbone that functions as a dual agonist at the glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and GLP-1 receptors. A fatty-diacid moiety attached via a linker confers albumin binding and an extended half-life relative to native incretins.
